Practice & modality
Original practices, teaching forms and specialist knowledge that could support HSRM’s physical, mental, emotional or spiritual dimensions.
The Holistic Self
Relationship Method
Collaboration
HSRM began as a framework built from lived need. Its next shape will be built in relationship—with care, permission and clear shared value.
We are opening thoughtful conversations while the method, printable library and app are still in founding development.
Where our work may meet
An initial conversation is exploratory. It does not commit either person to a partnership or give HSRM permission to use somebody else’s work.
Original practices, teaching forms and specialist knowledge that could support HSRM’s physical, mental, emotional or spiritual dimensions.
Research, clinical, safeguarding and lived-experience perspectives that can test the method’s claims, language, boundaries and accessibility.
Privacy, safety, inclusive design and responsible technology expertise for an app that must adapt to real capacity without taking away agency.
Workplaces, communities and aligned organisations interested in carefully scoped learning, feedback or future pilot conversations.
The collaboration covenant
HSRM will not reproduce, adapt or absorb a creator’s practice into the method without informed agreement. Roles, credit, use and value-sharing must be understood before work begins.
